Refund and Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel at any time. There is no minimum contract period, no notice period and no cancellation fee.

You can cancel your R199 monthly membership whenever you choose, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, send a request through our contact page or email sanelifinancialf@sff.community from your registered email address.

We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 business days and stop all future debits.

• You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• No further payments will be taken.
• Referral earnings stop at the end of your final paid month.
• Your records are kept only as long as the law requires, after which they are deleted under POPIA. You may ask for earlier deletion where the law allows.

In line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment you will receive a full refund of that first R199 payment.

After the first 7 days, monthly payments are not refundable for partial months, because the service for that month has already been made available to you.

We will always refund you in full if:

• you were charged twice or charged after a confirmed cancellation;
• you were charged an amount other than the agreed membership fee; or
• the service was unavailable to you for most of a paid month due to our fault.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original card or payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The time it takes to reflect depends on your bank.

If a monthly payment fails, member features are paused until payment is made. We do not charge penalty fees for failed payments.
